This won’t keep up but trying to be fairly regular. Coming to you from my hotel room in Kitchener as we take in the U13 Lacrosse Provincials – the A round. Ben’s team (the Burlington Chiefs) are one of the top rted teams in the province and they lived up to their rep today with two solids wins. This morning’s game was a 6 – 0 win over Whitby with Ben potting the first goal. The afternoon tilt was against Barrie who they took out 7 – 0 with Ben getting another goal here as well.
The Boys got to play in the main bowl at the Kitchener Auditorium for the first game in above shot and the Kinsmen rink for the second.
Tomorrow morning’s game is at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Centre and then it’s back to the “Aud” for the afternoon game. Stay tuned for more.
Photo news Update
As part of my Photography development I am currently taking my 9th and final course with Sheridan College to earn a Digital Photography Certificate. The final course is “Small Photography Business” which has a lot of interesting content for someone looking to start a photo business, but it is also quite a bit of work.
One element is that we are challenged to submit one “Self Portrait” each week so I have been working away at it. Most folks are working at formal poses and fancy lighting but I have opted to go with simple casual shots, other than one where I created a silhouette shot.
This is the first one I shot – will post the others as I go along. Interesting that a classmate critiqued this as “too casual”! 😀
